This was my first try at gluten free bread in my 30 year old bread machine. I used the rapid setting and it seemed to work well. The dough was too wet so I’ll cut back on the warm water a bit next time. Like most of the pics here, the crust didn’t really get brown, but there was still a crust. To me, often the crust on gluten free bread is too hard so I’m good with this.
