I think it needs more banana flavor but turned out awesomeI only had 2 loaf pans so i made 4 extra large Muffins they only needed 45 mins cooking time and i also raised temp to 350 for last 30 mins still waiting for the loaves to be done .did one without walnuts and one with. the muffins definitely a great idea if you dont have the pans and dont need to cut ingredients in halfYes i will make again with an extra banana 😊PS. I did uses 1 cup of light brown sugar and 2 cups white worked out great

Next time i think i will use the Jiffy Honey cornbread mix

I made this and it was very good i upped brown sugar to 1/2 cup and only used 1/2 cup of soy sauce extremely flavorful

I used an organic peanut butter.. made it very dry and flavorless even with the sugar needs more moisture idk what to add except maybe another egg and some oil

Use Semolina flour for the pasta do not use regular or bread flour it makes a big differenceAnd for the filling i never add cream cheese but adding salt is a must with the egg and mozzarella cheese think the provolone will be a nice add

Excellent recipe i used stewed tomatoes with peppers and onions and used fresh garlic and dried herbs cooked for 30 minutes was delicious
