We love this recipe too! I did add a little extra cinnamon, dash of nutmeg and half brown/half white sugar with a tablespoon of flour and tossed the apples first before placing in the dish. I cooked for about 55 minutes at 350 and 5 minutes at 400 to brown the topping. YUM!!
Great recipe! I tried it the first time with a substitute of butter for oil and it came out delicious. We love wheat bread so the next loaf, pictured, I used 1cup of wheat flour and the rest white. I did add a bit more yeast and it came out perfect! This is now our go to recipe!
