I made this for Thanksgiving where I was invited to and it was a hit. I had to use Turkey sausage because some people don't eat pork but it was still delicious. I did add a bit of rosemary and garlic powder for taste to the meat mixture. It was a hit and was asked to bring it again next Thanksgiving.
This dish was just okay. I did used a bit extra vinegar and soy sauce for flavoring but it still had a good taste to it. I will probably make it again but next time put vegetables with it and perhaps some corn starch in the broth.
Very flavorful dish. I followed the main recipe but I added 1 lb ground beef to the sausage and cooked the onions and garlic with it. I also added adfitional cheese to the ricotta mix and used fresh chopped basil instead of dry. This was a hit with the crowd I served it to.
This cake was very yummy. I used canola oil instead of vegetable and only used half a cup. I also added orange extract to the batter for flavoring. Everyone who ate it absolutely loved it.
