I appreciate how customizable it is! My variations include coconut oil, molasses, honey, cranberry and raw sunflower seeds. The recipe turned out great. I'm looking forward to sharing it with friends if I don't eat it all myself!

I followed the other review and added ketchup, Worcestershire and A1 sauce for flavor. I also omitted the celery (personal preference). The liquid was too watery, but no problem there because next time I will double the amount of thickener. Overall a good and simple recipe.

I've never tried roasting beets before and I like this recipe because of it's simplicity. They turned out great for me.

I felt like the lemon juice was too much. Next time I'll use less. Overall delicious, especially with the sun-dried tomatoes!
