I absolutely loved this stew. It took me way back to my childhood. I served it with Colcannon. It was a bit bitter during the tasting along the cooking process but I didn’t notice the bitterness when eaten with the potatoes. Thanks for the recipe and bringing back the memories.
Best blueberry muffins I’ve ever made. That being said, the liquid wasn’t enough so I had to add about another 1/2 cup of milk. I just looked at the consistency of the mix in the video and tried to duplicate it. I put It in a regular sized muffin tin and baked for 18 minutes. Next time, I’ll add more cinnamon.
