My hub and I powered down a whole batch of these today. We added a little fresh vanilla bean which made them irresistible. From skillet to mouth, no need for plates with these gems. I don't think I will ever be able to suffer through store pancake mix ever again. Long live pancakes!

such a versatile recipe! this is my goto for house guests so I can enjoy them and not being shackled to the kitchen. I switch it up a lot and use what I have on hand depending on the eater's tastes. Little kids love this - as long as you don't use the hottest sausage ever! hahaha oddly, the leftovers are great. sliced, heated and placed on toast. delish!
