I used all the mixture to marinate the chicken and then saved it for the gravy. Very yummy and easy to make. Thank you for the recipe!

We loved it but made it into a salad. Instead of making meatballs which is time consuming, I just cooked the meat in a skillet and added the spices. Then I chopped a bunch of lettuce and mixed it all together. Delish! Thank you!

This was a lot of work for a salad. Took more time than stated with all that cutting and roasting. I did also roast the beans for 5 min. then stirred it, then roasted another 4 min. I figured everything else was roasted, why not? My two foodie teens loved it. My husband not so much. The two younger thought it was just ok. If you are a salad person who likes beans, you will love this recipe. I also did not put arugula in it but did put some kale, spinach, and romaine lettuce. More kid-friendly. It was good for a change, but it might take me a year to make this again. So much work!
