Excellent and simple yet a very eye catching and retro dish. The fresh made Blue Cheese dressing sets it over the edge. I added only a hint of Worcestershire Sauce similar to a 1925 salad.

The flavor lacked a little so I added a little more lime and salt

I added a 1/8 tsp of smoked paprika and some fresh herbs and blended it in the mix very nice

Crispy and perfectly seasoned I will make these again, I added a little chipotle smoked pepper for a little extra heat.
