In all my years of cooking I have never cooked a steak frozen but, this recipe made a believer out of me.

Although I enjoyed the flavor...this mixture does not freeze.

I loved the simplicity of the ingredients...however, I used fresh peaches and depending on their ripeness, you may need to add some type of sweetener. Using the same measurements, I added 3ozs of triple sec. I'll definitely make it again...

Although I liked the dip, I do believe the flavor is heavy on the miracle whip side (I'm not a fan). I added green onions after my initial taste and I think it definitely added flavor. The next time I make it, I'll use real bacon instead of the real bacon bits...

I didn't make any tweaks to the recipe. I luv the blackened seasoning...full of flavor. Will make again.

Easy recipe, not too many ingredients...a great baseline jerk marinade and it paired well with grilled cabbage and rice & peas.
