Delicious! I sprayed the baking sheet with coconut oil spray and poured about two tablespoons of olive oil over the potatoes, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Vegan and healthier and so delicious!
I am the recipe creator. As one reviewer suggested, regular gingerale (not diet) contributes the best soda taste for this drink. I use and suggest a high quality gingerale such as Vernons. Enjoy!
A very good light and tasty apple treat. I made a few substitutions to make it healthier--I used half cup whole wheat flour, applesauce in place of white sugar in the batter, and used brown sugar with cinnamon for the topping. I increased the apple amount to one cup. I also had fresh raw pecans on hand and used those for the nuts.
Delicious and truly fluffy pancakes! I changed three small things, which I think added to making them very tasty and hearty. I used cashew milk (still combined it with the white vinegar) subbed half the flour required for whole wheat, and used butter in the pan not cooking spray. I served raisins, chopped strawberries, raw walnut pieces, butter, and 100% maple syrup on the side. This is a sure fire recipe for excellent pancakes.
