This was fantastic! I used worcestershire sauce in lieu of soy and threw in bouillon cubes with the water. Topped with some cheese and it was really very good. I did add an extra half cup of elbows as I like it a bit thicker.

Delicious. Added some fresh parmesan to the grits in addition to the cheddar and topped with chives. One of the better shrimp and grits I've had.

This was fantastic. Admittedly I did modify it slightly. I used boneless skinless thighs which I seared in sesame oil first, then I deglazed the pan with some rice wine vinegar. Doing that shaved about 15 minutes off the cooking time and made it easier as a weeknight dinner.Really great recipe, very sweet. I think I might reduce the sugar to 1/2 cup next time and throw in a tsp of Huy Fong chili garlic sauce.

Loved these, great flavor!I got lazy and screwed it up a bit, I put the raisins in the food processor because I was being lazy, didn't really work, too dry. So I threw the onion in there to make it more into a paste, oops, too wet. They would not form around my skewers because it was so wet so I made 'em into meatballs. The flavor is soooooo good! I'll chop it all by hand next time.

This was REALLY good. I omitted the olives (kids don't like) and used on the vine tomatoes, great flavor!

Perfect as written, I didn't change a thing apart from garnishing with a few mini dollops of plain greek yogurt (and naan bread). Only issue weree it's a bit thick so when you get to the bottom have a bit more broth and cream to rehydrate the leftover "casserole" and serving 6 served 3 normal Campbell's cans of condensed soup that you add a can of water to. Will double + next time.
