I replaced 1/2 of the liquid with leftover gravy, used a homemade all butter crust into a 9x13 pan - baked for about 30 mins. Lots of fresh thyme, caramelized the onions (didn't use milk because I was out) - just chicken broth, turned out great. Gone are the days of cream of whatever soup!

I added tofu, that was the only change I made and my family who is not picky did not like this at all. They all agreed this does not taste like Pad Thai. Way too much vinegar, and off putting flavors. Too much fish sauce?

What kind of crackers, veggies, or other types of things to dip in work best? I usually use homemade pita chips with hummus. I am wondering if I made some with sugar-cinnamon if that would work? Please let me know what you all have served this with.

Chicken got soggy and way to done! I would take it out and put it all together on the plate.
