Made exactly as written. Only I cooked it in the airfryer. Great recipe, I wish I was still eating it! I was going to add a photo, but when it came out of the air fryer, me and my friend couldn't wait to get into it! Thanks for the recipe, I am new to cooking my own artichoke dishes. This one is a keeper!

Yummy! I added carrots and potatoes, and doubled the marinade to have some for the rice. I made Sweet Thai Chile sauce from this sight to put over at the end. So good

YUM. This is delicious and addicting. Everyone I have shared this with came running back for more! I replaced Napa Cabbage with bag of coleslaw (shredded cabbage and carrots), and doubled the ramen. Other than that I followed the recipe instructions. Delicious! I have to double the entire recipe because now everyone knows how delicious it is and I have to share!

This is amazing as it is. Fresh and light. I think the mint is the star with the cauliflower!
