Absolutely delicious! I added just a little bit more milk to make it creamier, but, it would also be perfect as is. So happy to have found this delicious recipe by Lindsay.
Most scones I have made are dry, but, these were moist and delicious! I added some orange zest just because I like it with cranberry. Mine were done in about 17 minutes.
We are used to NC BBQ, so, this was different than our norm. It was delicious and had a nice smoky taste. I do wish it had more sauce so I would make more next time. I served on potato buns with bread and butter pickles.
These burgers were a nice twist for a turkey burger and so, so good! I doubled the ingredients except only added one egg and the mixture was still very mushy and difficult to form burgers. I added a little breadcrumbs to make the mixture easier to work with, but, not change the texture. The pico was a nice complement to the flavors in the burger. I served with a cilantro cream sauce. This would also be wonderful with the addition of sliced avocado.
Delicious! We loved this. The sauce first looked too watery, but, once I shredded the chicken and mixed everything up it was perfect. Sometimes chicken in a slow cooker can be dry, but, this was juicy and flavorful! We had tacos and the next day I ate it in a bowl with cauliflower rice. I did reduce the salt from 1 tbsp to a little over a tsp based on our taste.
We thought this salad was delicious! It wasn’t overly sweet like a traditional 3 bean salad. I doubled the dressing because after mixing it up it seemed dry. I also only used black olives and not green olives.
