I'm giving a 5 for simplicity! @baybreez1: We have seafood boils with blue crabs, crawfish, and shrimp all the time in SE Texas! It's all about the timing. Even when adding blue crabs to gumbo. This recipe is simpler that the ones we use here which require crawfish boil and a few secret ingredients. Can't wait to try it!

Super simple. I used frozen mixed vegetables.

I made it! The prep time took longer than the cook time! Cabbage makes a lot of liquid, so, 2 cups of broth made it soupy. Easy, delicious meal.
