This was delicious BUT, the heat is there. My better half has lost all ability to tolerate any heat unfortunately, so while I wanted to believe the sriracha turned into a nice Smokey flavor, that just really isn’t the case. I made three bundles without that wonder liquid and I cut the asparagus an in shorter on those three as well so I would be able to differentiate them from the ones with sriracha. They turned out terrific and I loved them, heat and all!
This recipe was suggested to me by Tammy when I asked a group how I could use some sausage that had apple and was billed as “French”. I had four sausage links and deceased two and cooked the crumpled sausage. Then followed the directions exactly and added the crumbled sausage back in. I served with egg noodles and the other two sausage links. The flavor was terrific and the mild “French Sausage” was a nice add! Thanks you!!!
