I didn't fully read the cooking instructions...I piled in the un-seasoned ribs, the cut up onion, the garlic, the water and 18oz of barbecue sauce All at one time!!! I cooked it on low for 9 hours. I did add more bbq sauce before the oven. The taste tests were fantastic, though. Though the meat fell off the bone it is still tougher then I expected. The taste is okay but the lack of pre-seasoning / marinating is obvious.
