I made this soup for dinner last night...following the recipe pretty much as written. After letting it simmer away in the stove for the afternoon, the end result was comforting and delicious!
I made this to go with honey mustard chicken and everyone loved it....even the kiddo's! I used roasted garlic olive oil and added some feta cheese to the final dish and the end result was absolutely delicious!
This was really good. I used a package of ranch seasoning in place of all the herbs and spices. I also used boneless skinless chicken breasts - so the next time I make this, I would cook the (red) potatoes for 20-30 minutes first, and then add the chicken wrapped in bacon. The end result was delicious, but my chicken dried out, which was a bit of a bummer.
I made Chicken Souvlaki pizza for dinner tonight using this pizza dough recipe - and it was outstanding!! Although I did follow the recipe exactly, the next time I would use rapid-rise yeast and let my dough rise for 2-3 hours for a nice, fluffy crust.
I made this dish for dinner tonight and it exceeded our expectations for sure. The dish was flavourful and very easy/quick to prepare. Next time I made it, I would season the shrimp with salt and pepper, uses fire roasted tomatoes and probably a more sturdy pasta (spaghetti or spaghettini).
We enjoyed this recipe a lot - more than I thought we would. I made the recipe according to the recipe directions and the only change I would make is to season the chicken with salt and pepper before topping with the other ingredients.
