Kim's Cooking Now

These were just OK in my opinion. I used Wagyu beef and the Trader Joe's seasoning, but after tasting the burger, it lacked salt. I didn't care for how the onions got watery by covering them during the slow cook, and would have preferred caramelizing them instead.

Loved these! Followed the recipe, and couldn’t be happier with the results. Great flavors. I made a quick honey mustard sauce for dipping. Will definitely make again!

Quick weeknight meal. My salmon was pretty thick on one end, so I had to cook a bit longer. Not a big fan of these seasonings on salmon.

Tasty, with just a slight peanut butter flavor.

I had a bit of Spam leftover that I didn’t want to go to waste so I tried this and loved it! Easy to make and my son loved it too!

I didn’t have any Mirin, so I used rice vinegar in its place. The video really helped to see how this comes together. I was trying out a new non-stick pan and it worked great. We really enjoyed the flavor and texture of this. I’d make it again!
