Tried to make this pretty much as written, ended up adding more garlic, a larger can of crushed tomatoes, a bit more pasta, a couple of tins of mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce instead of soy sauce. It turned out amazing! I am new to the American version of goulash and my Bestie asked if I would try to make some for nostalgia's sake, she was thrilled and we'll be trying this again.

Omitted green pepper due to allergies and added more cucumber.Doubled the recipe, ate it without the lettuce and it was amazing!Will definitely make this again!

I tried it as it was written the first time and the recipe as written is basic and kind of bland, the cheese was the only thing giving it any kind of flavour. Now I use this recipe as a basis for creating my own, more flavoured version with more green onion, dill weed, powered garlic and a pinch of paprika added to the egg mixture.

I used steel cut oats to see if this recipe would work with them, I find I don't like the other methods to cook them and tend to avoid them because of this. I don't like honey with my oatmeal so I subbed brown sugar. Used soy milk, added a tsp of cinnamon and some raisins. Doubled the recipe, and let it sit for 10 mins before serving... It . Was. Amazingly. Easy! Very tummy too..
