This was delicious! The only thing that I changed was adding more garlic to the garlic butter. There’s no such thing as too much garlic, right? Lol!

This was ooey gooey delicious! As far as ‘traditional’ Chicago-style pizza—I’d say it’s a pretty good fit. I made my own crust and stuffed it with what I thought would be a good flavor profile. As a recipe, it’s a decent start if you’d like to try a deep dish pizza. I’d recommend brightening the flavor with some sort of acid, such as tomatoes. Either way, whoever you take the time to make this for will be grateful!

I just found my permanent pandemic bread! I just moved to Florida and have been struggling with homemade bread. I know the humidity is affecting it. This one actually worked. I’m excited and happy. Thank you!

It worked out perfectly. The recipe makes A LOT, so be aware of that. Other than that, they taste just like my grandmother’s did! See my pic. I was proud to serve these for the Holiday.
