This is a very quick easy weeknight meal. Simple to make and something even my kids love. You can substitute rice for any noodle and it will still be good. I make it with rice, but it would be good with angle hair pasta or maybe even mashed potatoes.

  • In a large skillet, saute the mushrooms and onion in oil until tender. Add the beef tips with gravy, peas and tomatoes; heat through. Serve over rice or pasta if desired.
