I added some Mexican cheese blend and some grated Parmesan as well, as others here have suggested, and I also made small patties so I had 16 after frying. Since I like them crispy, I went a little beyond the first golden brown color. Good recipe.

Pretty nice dish, flavorful as expected. I gave up on the jalapeno and I replaced cilantro with parsley due to the preferences of my family. It all turned out delicious.

A really nice dish, but I agree it's a little bit bland. As another chef here suggested, some guacamole improves the whole ensemble.

Very nice creamy buttercream. I used more chocolate and definitely not that enormous amount of confectionary sugar. I put only 1 1/2 cup and it was sweet enough and perfectly creamy.

I followed the recipe exactly and I just added a few more minutes to the baking time since I used only one 6-muffin pan. For a nice smell, I sprinkled a few chopped walnuts on the top half-way through the baking time.
