Oh my what a crowd favorite. Makes enough for a party. Will definitely make again. Different take on nachos that is a home run. I used spicy bell peppers out of my garden and that took them to the next level. I cooked the shrimp in a bit of bacon grease with walkerswood jerk seasoning after marinating the shrimp in a jerk wing seasoning in a skillet. Not for the faint of heart. Spicy and delicious.
