Very delicious. Made the recipe exactly but used evaporated milk and a smidge of vanilla extract. Perfect flavor and moisture. This will be my go to from now on.

Been using this recipe for years. My family goes crazy for it at every thanksgiving and Christmas. Perfect as is but sometimes I find myself adding a half tablespoon of sugar after the cheese.

Excellent recipe and details in technique. I wanted to make this recipe exact but I did make a few minor modifications. I split the cream cheese and condensed milk in half and used those halves to make two types of pudding. I made a 3.5 oz pack of French Vanilla and Banana Cream pudding and kept separately to layer in one dish. I still folded in the whipped cream, added the vanilla extract etc. I was really worried about the bananas browning so I squeezed the juice of one large lemon into a separate bowl. I then sliced my 4 bananas and dropped a handful at a time in the lemon juice bowls. Make sure all sides get coated in lemon juice. I placed the slices on a large plate in a single layer then began arranging my entire dish. I didn’t think this would work so I left a few slices on the plate for 4 hours and still no browning.

I used Better Than Bouillon instead of the cubes. I doubled the veggies. I used frozen pearl onions instead of chopped onions because my husband hates onions. I also added freshly peeled white onions.

I made this icing to cover my cake layers but still used a buttercream in-between. I substituted half of the chocolate for special dark chocolate.
