We loved these! I made them 3 weeks ago for the first time...and then again today! When I first made them, my husband asked me if I could "always make fajitas like this"! Both times I used beef, and I did not use the cilantro (After checking at 3 different grocery stores, I gave up). I don't like much spice, and they are perfect for me... my husband loves spice, and they are perfect for him. Will definitely make again.
It’s very good. Very bread like. Nice texture. Firm enough to make a sandwich. Flavour is nice and mild. Good bread substitute for low carb and wheat free people. Will definitely make again!
This was easy & delicious! We used a graham cracker crust because that’s our favourite & added whipped cream on top. As the bananas ripen a bit, it does get sweeter: I suggest using the full amount of sugar if eating the day you make it, but if it’s going to sit overnight, you can decrease the sugar a bit.
I halved everything except the topping & used dehydrated onion flakes instead of fresh. It was delicious & my husband asked em to make meatloaf like this all the time! Win!
