Simple quick recipe!! Took a bit longer than expected but that could have been my grill. Needed a bit more salt, pepper and other seasoning as it was a bit bland,( added a bit of garlic powder). Great starter recipe and we will be making this again.

Quick easy recipe! Definitely a keeper. I added a bit more seasoning; garlic powder and onion powder. Roast on parchment paper and clean up is easy too. Will make again!

Fantastic!!! My son and I love soup yet I do not always have time to make family favorites from scratch! This recipe was simple to follow and had great flavors. Definitely a keeper. Serve with a bit of parmigiana on top and a side of garlic bread.

I love Quinoa!! Adding in these veggies with the dressing was a favorite at our bbq. I did not have Kalamata olives so I just black olives. Still good but will definitely make it again soon.
