Easy to follow and tasty bread - the whole family loved it. Melted the butter over low heat and added to the yeast+sugar mixture. Obviously needed to add more flour but the dough was supple. It also proofed well. Great recipe

Very tasty cake; went down well with the fam such that I will be baking again next week. I think my oven was too hot...browned quite quickly. Used honey, no sugar - tasted sweet without artificial sugar taste. I suggest having a lower temp for the banana to actually dry inside. High heat = dried top/burnt crust with a wet inside.

Recipe is good. Bread came out tasty. However, I discovered leaving the 2nd rise for 40 mins was too long. By the 30th minute, it started deflating; thus the finished bread was not very fluffy and big. If you have really good yeast, and warm climate, set your 2nd rise timer for 15 mins then check again. I recommend keeping an eye on the bread rolls and putting in the oven when doubled sufficiently (which could be less than 40 mins)
