From Mystery Doritos to road trip-friendly pretzels and spicy new favorites like Buffalo Cheetos, Frito-Lay knows how to keep our snack cabinets exciting. And when you want a crispy potato chip that goes with just about any sandwich, you can always turn to a bag of Lay’s.

Given all the flavor and texture options, Lay’s potato chips have become a staple. The brand has a solid lineup that offers crave-able combos like sour cream and onion and more versatile choices like Lay's Classic and Wavy Original, which are perfect for pairing with your favorite homemade dip.

But the real reason we keep coming back for more is the brand is constantly innovating. Earlier this year, it launched four regionally-inspired flavors and brought back its beloved Cheesy Garlic Bread potato chips. Now three of Lay’s internationally-inspired potato chip flavors are also returning to shelves, and we couldn't be happier.

Lay’s Wavy Tzatziki, Masala, and Honey Butter Chips Are Coming to Shelves

According to an Instagram post from @candyhunting, three bold-flavored options are coming soon to the chip aisle. Lay’s Wavy Tzatziki, Lay’s Masala, and Lay’s Honey Butter are expected to hit shelves in August as part of the brand’s global-inspired flavor drop.

Lay’s first introduced its Greek Tzatziki chips in 2016 alongside several other international flavors. Now, the tangy chip is back, and this time, it has more texture than ever. Lay’s Wavy Tzatziki chips will likely be a hit for those who love the cooling yogurt and hint of fresh herbs that characterize a Greek tzatziki sauce.

In a post by @snackolator on Instagram, many commenters shared their excitement about the chip returning after trying it abroad. “Had Lay’s Tzatziki chips in Greece, and they were so good I brought 2 bags home,” said one Instagram user.

And while some fans remember the chips from the initial drop, many others look forward to trying them for the first time. One fan added, “I can see myself becoming addicted to these. Considering I have dipped my fries in tzatziki and that tastes bomb, I hope these are good!”

Fans who love rich flavor can also snag a bag of Lay’s Masala potato chips. Masala is a spice mix filled with bold aromatics like cumin and turmeric. It’s commonly associated with tikka masala, which was also one of the flavors in Lay’s 2016 international flavor debut. For this release, however, the name has been shortened to Masala. We'll have to wait for a taste test to see if the flavor has been updated as well.

The third flavor in the lineup is Lay’s Honey Butter. These savory-sweet chips are making their way across the U.S. for the first time. Previously, the variety was only available in Canada and South Korea. But earlier this year, Lay’s brought the popular chips to some Costco locations in the San Francisco Bay Area. The sweet-and-salty snack must have been a hit, because now the Honey Butter chips are expected to roll out to retailers nationwide.

We dont know exactly when these new flavors will hit stores, but there’s a good chance they will only be available for a limited time, so grab a bag (or three) before they disappear.
