Ingredients

  • 5 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

  • 1 ½ cups cubed fully cooked ham

  • 1 quart heavy cream

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Place potatoes, onion, garlic, Cheddar cheese, and ham in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Gently stir until well combined. Pour cream over the potato mixture.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until the potatoes are tender, about 1 hour.
