Ingredients

  • 5 ounces dried beef, chopped and divided

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 6 green onions, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions

  1. Set aside 1/2 cup dried beef. Combine remaining dried beef, cream cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt in a bowl. Mix well and roll into a ball.

  2. Roll ball in reserved dried beef until entire outside of ball coated.
