This kabob marinade is a tasty, easy-to-make mixture that is great for beef or chicken kabobs. This recipe makes enough for about two pounds of meat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • ¾ cup soy sauce

  • ½ cup lemon juice

  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

  • ¼ cup prepared mustard

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 ½ teaspoons coarsely cracked black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer (Optional)

Directions

  1. Whisk oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, black pepper, and meat tenderizer together in a bowl until well combined.

Combine marinade and 2 pounds of your favorite meat in a resealable plastic bag; coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.
