My family loves this pork chop casserole recipe. It is easy and delicious. Pork chops are browned, then baked in a creamy mushroom sauce with potatoes, onion, and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 6 boneless pork chops

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup milk

  • 4 potatoes, thinly sliced

  • ½ cup chopped onion

  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place pork chops in the oil, and sear.

  3. Combine condensed soup and milk in a medium bowl.

  4. Arrange potatoes and onions in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  5. Place browned pork chops over potatoes and onions, then pour the soup mixture over everything in the dish.
