I learned to make this finadene recipe in Guam. It is an all-purpose sauce that can be used as a marinade or poured over rice or cooked meat. You can make it as hot or mild as you like. The longer you let it sit, the hotter it gets!

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • ½ cup soy sauce

  • 3 fresh hot chile peppers, seeded and chopped

  • ¼ cup white vinegar

Directions

  1. Stir together onion, soy sauce, chile peppers, and vinegar in a small bowl until well combined.
