Tasteful Tahini Salad Dressing

4.6
(110)

I hate mayo, but I love hummus and tahini. People are always asking for this tasteful tahini salad dressing recipe. The tahini gives it a Middle Eastern feel, while lemon, garlic, and ginger flavors give it a kick! It's easy to make; you just need a blender or a food processor. You can experiment by adding a bit more lemon, a bit less garlic, or ground mint. Works well on anything, especially on simple salads.
