Ingredients

  • cooking spray

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter

  • ½ cup honey

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3 ½ cups puffed millet cereal

  • ½ cup chopped dried mixed fruit

Directions

  1. Grease an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.

  2. Combine peanut butter, honey, and salt in a large saucepan; mix to combine and bring to a boil. Stir in vanilla.

  3. Remove from the heat and stir in millet and dried fruit. Press mixture into the prepared pan. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.

  4. Cut into 16 squares.
