Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (such as Kraft®)

  • 3 ½ tablespoons dill pickle relish, divided

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion, divided

  • 1 ½ teaspoons capers

  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley flakes

  • ½ teaspoon white sugar

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons relish, 1 tablespoon chopped onion, capers, parsley, and sugar in a blender until smooth.

  2. Transfer sauce to a bowl; stir in remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons relish and 1 tablespoon chopped onion. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Recipe Tip

If you have difficulty blending the sauce because it's too thick, add a teaspoon of milk or cream.
