Ingredients

  • 1 (18 ounce) package prepared polenta, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 pinch paprika

Directions

  1. Combine polenta and chicken broth in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring continuously, until polenta has broken down completely in broth, about 5 minutes.

  2. Remove from the heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese, pepper, and paprika.
