Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups sourdough starter

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).

  2. Combine sourdough starter, flour, and salt in a bowl. Knead into a soft dough. Let rest for 30 minutes.

  3. Form the dough into a circle of your desired thickness and size. Place on a circular oven-safe pan.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until dough looks dry, about 5 minutes. Brush all over with olive oil.

Cook's Notes:

Add a little water to your dough if it is not soft enough.

Once finished, sprinkle your favorite pizza toppings on top and return it to the oven. Bake until crust is crispy and chewy, 20 to 30 minutes. Bake on a pizza stone if you have one.
