Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

  • 3 tablespoons white sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • freshly ground pepper to taste

  • ½ bunch fresh dill, chopped

  • 4 cups cubed zucchini

  • 2 green onions, trimmed and finely sliced

Directions

  1. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; stir in dill. Add zucchini and green onions and mix well.

Cook’s Note

If you have time, cover and refrigerate this salad for 24 hours for a better flavor. Mix before serving.
