This zucchini smoothie is a blend of orange juice, banana, and fresh zucchini that makes a great-tasting breakfast. And don't worry — you can't even taste the zucchini in it!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup ice cubes, or as needed (Optional)

  • ½ zucchini, shredded

  • ½ frozen banana

  • ½ cup orange juice

Directions

  1. Combine ice cubes, zucchini, banana, and orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Tips

Using overripe or dark green zucchini will make this smoothie not so yummy.

You can add sugar or other sweetener if you have a sweet tooth, but I find it plenty sweet from the banana.
