Walking Tacos

(6)

These walking tacos have been a family favorite ever since our life got crazy chasing kids around. They're quick and easy to make, the kids love them, and there's no cleanup. The meat can be made in advance, so when it's time to eat, just heat up the meat and you're ready to go. They're easy enough to eat in the car on the way to soccer practice on a busy night!

  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

  • 6 (1.75 ounce) packages nacho cheese-flavored corn chips (such as Doritos)

  • 1 (8 ounce) package taco cheese blend

  • 2 tomatoes, diced

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
