Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice

  • ½ cup cold coffee

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free pumpkin spice coffee creamer (such as International Delight®)

  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free pumpkin flavored syrup (such as Torani®)

  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 2 (1 gram) packets stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®)

  • 1 tablespoon fat-free whipped topping, or to taste

Directions

  1. Place ice, cold coffee, almond milk, coffee creamer, syrup, pumpkin spice, and sweetener in blender cup and blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream.

Cook's Note:

Substitute French vanilla coffee creamer if pumpkin-flavored is not available.
