Ingredients

  • 2 (12 ounce) packages fresh cranberries

  • 2 ½ cups white sugar

  • 1 large orange, zested and juiced

  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root

Directions

  1. Combine cranberries, sugar, orange zest and juice in a large pot and heat over medium heat. Cook and stir occasionally until berries pop, about 20 minutes. Let cool until thickened.
