Ingredients

  • 2 pounds white chocolate, coarsely chopped

  • 28 ounces dry roasted peanuts

  • 1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips

  • 1 (4 ounce) bar German sweet chocolate, broken into pieces

Directions

  1. Combine white chocolate, peanuts, chocolate chips, and German chocolate in a slow cooker.

  2. Cook on High for 1 hour, without stirring. Reduce heat to Low, stir, and cook for 1 more hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

  3. Drop spoonfuls of chocolate-peanut mixture onto waxed paper. Let cool until hardened, 30 to 45 minutes.
