These shrimp fajitas take on a different technique as they don't use a typical liquid marinade, and are air fried. You can use your preferred fajita seasoning and serve with toppings of your choice, like sour cream, Oaxaca cheese, and avocado.

Ingredients

  • ½ pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 small onion, cut into thin strips

  • 1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips

  • 1 small green bell pepper, cut into thin strips

  • cooking spray

  • 1 tablespoon family-style fajita seasoning (such as Savory Spice Shop®), or to taste

  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

  • 4 flour tortillas, warmed

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 3 minutes.

  2. Combine shrimp, onion, and bell peppers in a bowl and lightly coat with oil spray. Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the shrimp mixture; mix to combine. Transfer into the air fryer basket.

  3. Air fry for 8 minutes. Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp mixture. Serve immediately with warm tortillas.
