Ingredients

  • 1 small apple, peeled and chopped

  • ½ cup baby spinach leaves

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2 ½ cups cold almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon fresh blueberries, or to taste

Directions

  1. Place apple, spinach, and chia seeds into a blender. Add almond milk and cinnamon and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with blueberries.

Cook's Note:

You can use any plant-based or regular milk you like. You can use quinoa instead of chia seeds.
