Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped pickled carrots

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice, or more to taste

  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, or to taste

Directions

  1. Stir pickled carrots into mayonnaise. Add in enough pickle juice to thin to desired consistency. Season with salt.

Cook's Note:

You can use dill pickles or any pickled vegetables in place of carrots.
