Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon capers

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill pickle

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Rinse capers in a strainer, pressing them lightly to squeeze out the brine.

  2. Mince capers and place in a bowl with mayonnaise, dill, dill pickle, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. Let sit for flavors to melt for 30 minutes before serving.
